ycraft ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NoirGrade mobile application (the "App").

Data Collection

We collect no personal data.

The App contains no analytics software, no advertising software, and no third-party tracking components of any kind. It makes no network requests of its own. There are no accounts and no servers. The only network activity is Apple's own App Store connection, used to verify purchases.

Your Photos and Videos

All colour grading happens on your device, using its graphics hardware.

• Your photos and videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or copied off the device by the App
• The App does not read your photo library. You choose individual photos or clips through Apple's own picker, and only the items you select are handed to the App
• Photo library permission is requested for adding only, so that finished exports can be saved back to your library. The App cannot browse, read, or delete your existing photos with this permission
• Files you import from the Files app are copied to temporary storage so they can be read while you work, and are removed by the system when no longer needed

Data Storage

The following is stored locally on your device and never leaves it:

• App settings and preferences
• Saved grades, favourite looks, and recently used looks
• A history of your exports, with a small thumbnail of each
• Lookup tables (.cube files) you import yourself
